Honorable delegates
Receive a warm welcome to the JCC committee. Is an honor for the chair to be in charge of a committee that is very challenging and will give you all a new experience. We hope during this committee, using the debate, discussion; good argument and knowledge delegates could reach solutions in order to face the crisis as good and helpful as possible. The chair hope each delegate enjoys this committee, and work as hard as possible to develop a great participation.

This committee is not a real UN committiee, but it is use in UN models worldwide. For this model the JCC commitee is made for delegates that know how to treat a crisis and how to convince the others about his solutions or proposals. It is a committee designed to find solutions and form alliances and treaties to keep order in any field, during any crisis we find the differences between nations and how their representative manage their external relations considering taking into account rivalries, alliances, etc. between countries.
Delegates in the JJC committee do not work with a premise we work with a crisis that is going to be given to the quorum a week before the GFMUN and you delegates have to hand in the position paper and the opening speech 2 days before the model.
